Are you a mom who works out? Well then join our group. This is a blog that will unite women who understand and support eachother in the journey to becoming fit, energetic, confident, and most of all HAPPY! I came up with this idea one day while I just got home from the gym, picked up my two kids, cleaned the house, made lunch, put kids down for naps, showered, and finally had a few moments to ponder. I think it's tough being a mom, but it's even more tough being a mom who works out. But if you're like me, it's a main ingredient to my happiness and well-being.
So this blog is for sharing what works for you. What exercises do you enjoy? Any tips as to how to juggle everything in your day? Any healthy recipes? Any exciting new moves to help with the underarm-flab? And ANYTHING else you'd like to share wtih other moms striving to get fit.
