New Favorite Workout!

So you all know that I am a big fan of intervals and circuits. hhahaha...I know...enough about them already. But I was reading the Biggest Loser Program book and it said that you should really try to do at least 30-45 minutes of consistent cardio exercise. I haven't been doing that. So i got on the treadmill THanksgiving Day (feeling heavy and weighed down after some way YUMMY piggin' out) and there was this weight loss program option. It's 45 minutes of different speeds and inclines. Every minute it switches keeping you on your toes and i never got bored! Plus...it felt so great to be running that long!!!! Holy Cow! It was easier when i went fast then slow and high then low. Something else that helps me is to listen to Beyonce! I love that woman! Her songs get me going. So I did the same workout again the day after Thanksgiving. Loved it even more! So if you need a switch up like I did...try this out. If ya wanna know more about the Biggest Loser Program, just ask! love ya!

    Yeah. there are a set of three books. The first book is the actual Biggest Loser Program. It breaks down the program so that it seems so clear as to what you need to change. Then the second book is about exchanging foods. It will say what's the healthiest alternative to your favorite books. (so it's helpful but not necessary) And the third one is just a calorie counting book that helps you to track your calories. (again, not necessary) So the first book is the one to get if ya wanna get it. Look on Amazon. It's cheaper there. I dont' own the book, but my mother-in-law does so every time we go there I am glued to it.
